THEORETICAL BASES OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT FOR DISPERSION OF CARBIDE MATERIAL ON CNC MILLING MACHINES An article proposes a kinematic scheme of technological equipment for CNC milling machines and a method for dispersing and spheroidizing metal materials based on electric arc melting. It considers the possibilities of estimating the size of spheroidized particles by analyzing the dynamics of the method. The article considers geometric characteristics of the particle spray plume during dispersion.
PRODUCTION OF PARTS OF HARD-TO-PROCESS MATERIALS The article considers the methods for increasing the efficiency of rough milling due to the transition from layer-by-layer processing to more advanced high-speed methods. It determines the number of degrees of freedom for each mechanism.
EVALUATION OF MEASUREMENT ERROR DURING ANGLE AND DIAMETERS CONTROL OF INTERNAL CONIC SURFACES USING APPROVED BALLS The article presents the analysis of the methods for measuring the geometric parameters of the inner cones with differentiated control and methods for evaluating their accuracy. It determines the structure of measurement errors and the partial error components of the normalized parameters. In the analytical form the equations of measurement errors are obtained.
